Barone Management is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 5-7 years experience, for our growing team.
This position reports to directly to the General Counsel.
Responsibilities include drafting and editing contracts, leases, operating agreements, joint venture agreements, interest purchase agreements prepare and review documents related to land use applications preparing organizational charts loan documents, financial closings and other related legal matters.
Some litigation prep work Work closely with General Counsel and Principals Qualifications 5-7 years prior experience in commercial real estate required, specifically transactional work.
Ability to work full-time, in-person in our Roslyn office.
Strong analytical and organizational skills required.
Effective oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, deadline sensitive environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Powerpoint required Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team of professionals Ability to understand and grasp concepts quickly.
Ability to brief principals on project status Must be detail oriented and professional Job Type:

$58,000.
