is an established IP law firm seeking a docket manager and legal assistant to work with our trademark group.
We have a professional, friendly environment and can offer either a full-time or part-time position.
Hybrid work is availble once full proficiency in the position is achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute incoming correspondence - Maintain docket for attorneys and paralegals - Manage reminders to clients of upcoming deadlines -Prepare correspondence and invoices using billing system - Coordinate reminders to attorneys and paralegals of upcoming deadlines Skills:
- Experience using CPI or other IP docketing software -Sufficient computer skills to be able to work effectively in a paperless office environment - Excellent writing skills to draft clear and concise documents - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Accurate data entry skills to maintain up-to-date case information - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,.
