Vandis is looking for aprofessional attorney who has prior experience with vendor/partner/customer contracts. Candidates must be detail-oriented and hard-working. Amount of work will vary week to week and depend upon the number of contracts received. Ideally, candidate will have over 7 years of experience in contract law and experience working in the technology field. Applicants should have an understanding of legal implications of terminating, renewing, amending, and mitigating risk within vendor contracts.
